Tasting notes：

Smell: A rather light nose for 56%, with barley, yeast, ash, a little almond, and floral.
We are tending towards violet, but without excess for the moment.

Palate: In the mouth it is on the black grape juice, and ....
And the violet takes the lead, on the soap, chemical.

Finish: Finishes on violet, soap, wood, clove. Very peppery.
