Tasting notes：

Smell: Vanilla, tropical fruit, pineapple, sour candy, citrus, floral, honey, earthy peat, a hint of band-aid, some mustard, rookworst (Dutch smoked and processed sausage), ginger syrup, nutmeg, pepper and charcoal.

Palate: A bit thin, very floral, perfumy, a honied sweetness, tropical fruits, pineapple, peach, bitter citrus, candied, earthy, peaty, mustard and 'rookworst', nutmeg, mild pepper and some wood char.

Finish: Medium length: honied, perfumy, fruit syrup, slight mustard, pretty much no smoke, a little earthy peat, bitter herbs, pepper and lots of charred wood with a little soapiness here as well.
