Tasting notes:

Nose: The smell is delicious with a velvety smooth smoke - of meat cooked on the BBQ - no harsh edges.

Palate: The palate is pleasant and has a nice thickness. It's softly smoky with a hint of chocolate, perhaps a touch of smoked almonds in the background. The alcohol seems to rise gradually on the palate.

Finish: A long finish that left me smiling. The finish seems more fruity, like a bourbon barrel, but it tastes good.
