Tasting notes：

Color: Deep old gold.

Nose: Rich, deep. Immediately, dry peat, toffee, orange zest, chocolate shards, a few grains of salt, and roasted nuts highlight the complexity of the aromatic palette. Earthy, it evolves toward increasingly heady notes (iris, hyacinth).

Mouth: Clear, full of tension. Peppery and spicy (paprika), the flavor palette oscillates between notes of candied pear, apricot, and citrus (grapefruit). Tenderly malty and ashy, it then takes on a more exotic (persimmon) and mentholated character.

Finish: Long, fluffy. The tasting lingers on dark chocolate notes that envelop a more subdued peat. Then, fine flavors of tobacco and candied ginger gradually permeate an atmosphere that is both heady (lily) and indulgent (Vosges candy).
