Tasting notes：

Nose: It smells like old Armagnac, with aged leather, mahogany, rancio, and lots of aniseed and cola impressions. Strong notes of walnuts and dates, with mineral dirtiness in the background. Dried papaya appears with air.

Palate: Subtle candied tropical fruits, including papaya, mango, and guava. Plus walnut stain, antique wood, dates, and apple peel. For me the sherry and wood maturity win over the fruits, so it’s not a fruit bomb, but still great!

Finish: Ah, a delicious hit of guava, papaya, lychee, and rambutan! With a great silkiness. Then passionfruit and citrus, before walnuts, old wood, brandy, and cola return. A very refined and fruity end.
