With some air, mineraltones of wet stone and chalk appear, intertwined with soft oak and hints of dried flowers. Palate: Smooth and velvety on the palate, showing rich fruit flavours of papaya, dried mango and juicy pear. Honeyed malt and vanilla providewarmth, while gentle spice and a waxy texture add depth. The balance between sweetness and dryness is impeccable - the mineralitykeeps the fruit lively, and the oak remains elegantly in the background.
