Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich, heady. Aromas of incense, dark chocolate, blood orange, mango, dried apricot, caraway, candied ginger, clove, hyacinth, lily geranium, tarte tatin, raisin cake, and walnut cake create an aromatic palette of remarkable complexity.

Palate: Ample, full-bodied. Particularly silky, the taste profile starts by revealing flavors of candied citrus (orange, lemon), Vosges candies, crème brûlée, and strawberry jam, all with a rare evocative power. Over time, it takes on more exotic tones (mango, persimmon, guava).

Finish: Long, concentrated. Now, flavors of liquorice, pipe tobacco, blackberry jam, and more tertiary notes (dried leaves, mushrooms, lichen) bring splendid autumnal nuances to the taste profile. Finally, butter caramel and a delicious mango coulis gradually envelop the taste buds.
